Brooklyn Democrats for Change Club Endorses Norman!

Last Thursday, Norman picked up the endorsement of the Brooklyn Democrats for Change Club! The catchment area for BDFC includes Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights, Fort Hamilton, Bath Beach and Gravesend. Norman Advocates for Change at MTA

On March 25, 2009, Norman attended the Board of Directors meeting of the MTA. Below are his remarks. Let us know how you feel about the increased fares, reduced services & layoffs.

I am here this morning to request that you do not vote to increase fares or cut services. I am a card-carrying member of the MTA Transit Club, usually a monthly member and one who regularly uses the A, B, C, D and 1,2,3,4,5,6 lines.

I’m curious as to how many of you use the trains or buses regularly. By a show of hands, how many Board Members regularly use the trains or buses?

Norman Advocates for 9/11 Uniformed Services First Responders

Every once in a while, there comes a time when concerned citizens need to say enough to government insensitivity, disrespect and inefficiency.

And every once in a while, there comes a time when concerned citizens need to express their outrage at the complacency of the status quo.

Norman Speaks on Eminent Domain at Columbia Law School

Norman spoke at the Columbia Law School Federalist Society last week about his involvement as one of the lawyers in the eminent domain case against Columbia University's expansion into West Harlem. The event was profiled in the Columbia Spectator.
