The Highbridge-Morrisania Section, in the Bronx is known to have the highest HIV/AIDS cases in the Bronx. The purpose of this neighborhood initiative is to address the issues that plague the community residence, to inform the community that HIV/AIDS and STD's has risen in pandemic proportions in communities of color and young people, the only way to protect yourself and the community is to cover-up, spread the word, and get involved | ||
